California Privacy Policy

A. Overview

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) gives California residents specific privacy rights. These include:

Right to Know – You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell.

Right to Delete – You may request that we delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out – You may direct us not to sell your personal information. For minors under 16, affirmative “opt-in” consent is required.

Right to Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Personal information does not include publicly available data, de-identified or aggregated information, or information already protected under laws such as HIPAA, GLBA, or FCRA.

B. Right to Know

Upon a verifiable consumer request, you may ask us to disclose:

The categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

The categories of sources from which we collected your information.

Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your information.

The categories of third parties with whom we share information.

Whether we have sold or disclosed your information for business purposes in the past 12 months.

C. Right to Delete

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. We will honor such requests unless an exception applies (e.g., fraud prevention, security, compliance with legal obligations, or transactional needs).

D. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of services simply because you exercised your CCPA rights. However, we may offer financial incentives permitted under the law.

E. Right to Opt-Out

If we sell personal information (as defined by the CCPA), you have the right to direct us to stop. You can exercise this right through a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link, when applicable. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16 without proper consent.
